Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the wrap mobile application (the "App"), published by Intellekt LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

wrap is fully playable as a guest without an account. To use online features (friend games, ranked play, the daily puzzle leaderboard, cross-device sync), you must sign in. To sign in you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Use a valid Apple ID via Sign in with Apple, or a valid Google account via Sign in with Google.
• Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person; multi-accounting to bypass the daily play cap is a violation of these Terms.

2. Free tier and wrap pro

Free tier

wrap is free to download and play. The free tier includes pass-and-play, AI opponents at every difficulty, today's daily puzzle, both Single and Stack mode, all themes, hints, and lifetime stats. Online matches (AI and async friend games) are subject to a daily play cap of three games per calendar day, reset at 00:00 UTC. Pass-and-play and today's daily puzzle attempt do not count against the cap. The free tier is ad-free.

wrap pro

wrap pro is a subscription that removes the daily play cap and unlocks ranked online play, speed-round (live real-time matches), the daily puzzle archive, and the friends leaderboard on the daily puzzle completion screen. wrap pro is sold through the App Store at:

• $1.99 / month, auto-renewing
• $14.99 / year, auto-renewing

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel any time through your App Store subscription settings.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple's standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use wrap to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players.
• Use bots, scripts, or any automated means to play games, farm stats, or manipulate matchmaking.
• Collude with other accounts to influence rankings, daily-puzzle leaderboards, or H2H records.
• Choose a username, display name, or other public-facing text that is obscene, hateful, or impersonates another person. Our content filter rejects obvious violations on submission; subtler abuse may result in account action.
• Circumvent the daily play cap, including through multi-accounting, device-clock manipulation, or any other method.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to compromise our servers, including but not limited to brute-forcing game codes or friend codes.

We reserve the right to warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without refund of any active subscription.

4. Gameplay and fair play

Game outcomes

Win and loss outcomes are determined by the server for online games and by the App for local games. We make best efforts to keep gameplay consistent, but software bugs may occasionally produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or rankings.

Async games and forfeits

Async friend games that go more than 7 days without a move from the player whose turn it is will be auto-forfeited to the other player. We may extend or adjust this timeout in the App's release notes.

Ranked play

Ranked matches contribute to your ELO rating. ELO is adjusted by an algorithm we may tune at any time without prior notice. Suspected cheating, collusion, or bot use can result in rating resets and account action.

5. User-generated content

The only user-generated content in wrap is your display name and @username. Both must comply with section 3. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them to other users (your display name to friends and opponents; your @username for friend lookups, as defined in the Privacy Policy).

6. Service availability

We aim to keep wrap available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, regional outages, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, including in-progress games that fail to complete due to network issues — these are reset on both sides and do not count toward stats.

7. Intellectual property

wrap, the wrap name, the wrap logo, and all underlying software are owned by Intellekt LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App for non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the App without our written consent.

The Karnaugh map itself — the mathematical concept the game is built on — is in the public domain and is not claimed as our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• wrap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account or by email request. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to online features is revoked.
• An active wrap pro subscription should be cancelled through Apple's subscription management — we cannot cancel it on your behalf.
• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be surfaced in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
